There is one email address for everything at Badoo AI, and a real person reads it. Use it for corrections to a guide (prices and app rules change constantly and readers catch them first), questions about a tool or a ranking, privacy requests, press, and partnership or advertising enquiries. Put the topic in the subject line so it lands in the right place; the buttons below pre-fill it for you. The one thing we can't help with is your account on another dating app: Badoo AI is independent, and we have no access to Badoo, Tinder, Bumble or anyone else's systems.
The email address
One address for corrections, questions, privacy, press and partnerships. Put the topic in the subject line. We don't use contact forms, chat widgets or social DMs for support; if a message claiming to be from Badoo AI arrives from any other address, treat it as suspicious.

A link or the page title. "The Badoo Premium page" is enough; "one of your pages" isn't.
For a correction: the wrong text and what it should say, with a source if you have one. For a bug: what you did, what happened, your device and browser or app version.
Reply-to is enough. For privacy requests, enough detail for us to find your data and confirm it's you; we'll never ask for a password.

Response times
Corrections and questions: usually within two working days. Bug reports: acknowledged within two working days; fixes as fast as we can. Privacy requests: within 30 days at the latest, as the law requires, and usually within a week. Press: same day where possible. Partnerships: within a week. If you haven't heard back within a week, send a follow-up; email does occasionally go astray. Corrections are the most useful thing readers send: if you're right, the page changes, the checked date moves, and the next reader gets the right answer because of you.
